RaceWay Tours is acting as agent for services which are not directly supplied by RaceWay Tours Such services include, but are not limited to: Hotel accommodations, event tickets and ground transportation. RaceWay Tours shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any actions or omissions (intentional or other) on the part of suppliers which result in injury, damage, loss or travel delay.

RaceWay Tours is not responsible for injuries or damages in connection with terrorist activities, war, local laws, mechanical difficulties, disease, or climactic conditions that may affect scheduled events and/or reservations.

Payment of deposit for services provided by RaceWay Tours shall constitute acknowledgement and acceptance of the above terms and your agreement to convey these terms and conditions to those traveling with you.

Under no circumstances shall RaceWay Tours be held liable for damages including, but not limited to the loss of data or profits as a result of any action including, but not limited to negligence arising out of or in connection with the use or display of the contents of this website.
